Site Conditions:
- Site was mostly dry with occasional muddy spots.
- Faint smoke was observed at the top of the southern hill.
- Odor was faint, but noticeable throughout the site.
Activities:
- Crews continued to move material from the borrow pit to the site.
- Compacting and grading performed.
- Straw mats installed throughout the southern section of the site to prevent the slopes from eroding.
- Crews excavated area of faint smoke on southern hill and doused with water to extinguish it.
